We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
How we use inquiry data
Inquiry data is transmitted via a same-domain form handler (/api/inquiry) and used only to correspond with you about Programming Consulting — Software Delivery Automation services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax records, or legal claims. Cookie preference keys remain until you clear site data in your browser or withdraw consent.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small consulting practice. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Data breach notification
If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as soon as practicable where required under section 12B of the amended PDPA, and notify affected individuals when significant harm is likely.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or limitation on processing of your personal data, and—where applicable under the 2025 amendments—data portability. Contact the DPO above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner.
Cross-border transfers
If you contact us from outside Malaysia, your data may be processed in Malaysia where our systems are hosted.
