• Environment promotion rules and rollback notes
• Knowledge transfer session recorded for your internal wiki

Release readiness review

A time-boxed audit of how code moves from merge to production. You receive a prioritised backlog ranked by release risk, not a generic maturity model scorecard.

Technical advisory retainer

For teams that need a senior automation partner on call: PR reviews on workflow changes, pairing on incident recovery, and quarterly roadmap checkpoints. Hours and rates are confirmed before the first invoice.
