Parties

These terms are between you (“Client”) and Core Pilot Consulting (sole proprietorship, Faridah binti Omar), SSM 202103883234, 14, Jalan Gaya, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia (“we”, “us”).

Services

We provide paid programming consulting focused on software delivery automation, including scoped projects and technical advisory engagements as described on Services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work or advisory agreement—not by this website alone.

Engagements

1. Scoped projects — Fees and milestones are listed in the statement of work. Work outside scope requires a written change request.
2. Advisory retainers — Prepaid hour blocks expire per the agreement; unused hours may roll forward only if explicitly stated.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and decision-makers. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules without reducing fees for work already performed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a licence to use deliverables created for you once fees for the relevant milestone are paid. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and general know-how.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care. NDAs in project contracts supplement these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Sabah unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
